About the Role
Lead Service Now Engineer (Lead Specialty Software Engineer) to support the Enterprise Business Resiliency (EBR) line of business.
Note: Prior experience with Service Now Business Continuity Management is a requirement of this position. As well, the company will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who do not require work visa sponsorship
In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives on selected domains
Ensure systems are monitored to increase operational efficiency and managed to mitigate risk
Define opportunities to maximize resource utilization and improve processes while reducing cost
Lead, design, develop, test and implement applications and system components, tools and utilities, models, simulation, and analytics to manage complex business functions using sophisticated technologies
Resolve coding, testing and escalated platform issues of a technically challenging nature
Lead team to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
Mentor less experienced software engineers
Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
Lead team to achieve objectives
Partner with production support and platform engineering teams effectively
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education​
5 + years of ServiceNow Software Engineering experience (new development and support)Â
3+ years of SQL development
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Business Continuity Module (BCM), ITSM, Common Services Data Model, and/or custom workflows
2+ years of engineering team leadership
2+ years of senior leadership engagement experience
1+ years of ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework
1+ year of working with globally dispersed team
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of Agile delivery experience
2+ years working with third-party delivery partners
Ability to foster a collaborative environment by actively participating in requirements and design discussions
Ability to work independently and as part of a scrum team to design, implement, and support IT solutions to business needs
Ability to translate business needs to technical solutions
Ability to perform data analysis and design
Ability to design data interfaces

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
